About the role
The KaDeWe Group operates one of the world’s most renowned department stores in Berlin, spanning more than 64,000 square meters across eight floors. The house is known for its curated premium assortment, strong trend awareness, and a blend of tradition and modern retail culture. The store features international luxury labels across fashion, accessories, beauty, home, and gourmet categories.
Your contribution
- Support personal shoppers with the operational planning and follow-up for client appointments, including coordination with internal teams and external partners such as customer service, visual merchandising, limousine service, restaurants, cleaning, shipping, and similar departments.
- Prepare lookbooks in PowerPoint for new collections from the preferred brands and designers of individual clients.
- Research and request individual customer wishes through purchasing channels or directly from manufacturers.
What you bring
- A completed university degree or commercial training combined with several years of professional experience in the luxury sector.
- A polished, professional appearance together with strong etiquette.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, brands, fashion shows, and the store’s seasonal buying cycles.
- High sensitivity and empathy when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational ability and a process-oriented working style.
- Resilience, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.
