About Brodie Law Group and Role Overview

Brodie Law Group is expanding its personal injury team located in Macon, Georgia. We are dedicated to assisting individuals who have endured serious accidents, often leaving them injured, overwhelmed, and uncertain about their next steps. We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and well-organized Personal Injury Case Manager who can communicate effectively with clients during challenging periods and provide consistent guidance throughout their case progression.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with personal injury clients, addressing questions related to their case process.
  • Assist clients in understanding upcoming steps and overall case developments.
  • Monitor medical treatment progress and proactively follow up with clients regarding updates.
  • Identify when clients have completed medical treatment or need further evaluation.
  • Request, track, and ensure the timely receipt of medical records, billing information, and other related documents essential for case management.
  • Organize and accurately maintain case files within the case management system.
  • Document all client communications, provider contacts, treatment progress, and significant case activities.
  • Communicate with medical professionals, insurance representatives, and other involved entities as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to prepare cases for upcoming stages.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and records personnel to keep case processes on track.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills with a capability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • A patient and empathetic approach toward individuals experiencing stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage various tasks efficiently and follow up independently without reminders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always anticipating next necessary actions.
  • Preferred experience in personal injury, legal case management, medical records coordination, insurance, or client service sectors.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing case management software such as Filevine or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with email correspondence, calendar management, phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • A cooperative team-player attitude with willingness to assist where needed.
