Personal Driver to CEO

Role overview

This position is for a dependable, polished, and confidential personal driver to support the CEO with day-to-day transportation needs. The role is based in Singapore and is suited to someone who can deliver safe, timely, and professional travel support while adapting smoothly to schedule changes.

The job offers a salary of up to SGD 6,000 per month and follows a full-time arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transport for the CEO to meetings, business appointments, company events, and other required destinations.
• Choose efficient routes and adjust travel plans based on traffic and road conditions to support punctual arrivals.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, serviced, and in excellent working condition.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and road tax administration as needed.
• Track the CEO’s schedule and respond flexibly when transport plans change.
• Help with luggage, documents, parcels, and other related support tasks.
• Protect the confidentiality of the CEO’s schedule, conversations, business matters, and personal information.
• Handle airport pickups and drop-offs, as well as occasional after-hours driving when required.
• Maintain proper logs for mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and related costs.
• Follow all traffic laws and maintain safe driving habits at all times.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional driving experience, ideally supporting senior executives, CEOs, or VIP clients.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving history.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Confident driving ability with a clear emphasis on safety and professionalism.
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
• Neat appearance, polite demeanor, and a service-minded attitude.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Physical fitness to assist with luggage and similar duties.
• Ability to stay flexible and composed in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred background

• Prior experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, CEO driver, or similar role.
• Experience with luxury or executive vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.

Working arrangement and benefits

• Five-day work week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary offered up to SGD 6,000 per month.
• Overtime pay applies for weekend work.
