Personal Driver / Company Driver

Role overview

AG&P LNG is hiring a skilled and dependable driver for its Dubai, UAE office. This is a full-time position that combines two functions: about 90% of the work will be dedicated to driving the Vice Chairman as a personal chauffeur, while the remaining 10% will cover general company driving needs.

Personal driving duties

• Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the Vice Chairman at all times.
• Plan and coordinate daily travel arrangements with the Vice Chairman’s office.
• Manage airport transfers, including tracking flight timings and adjusting plans when needed.
• Support the Vice Chairman with personal errands, meetings, and event travel when required.
• Keep the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including cleanliness, fuel readiness, and overall roadworthiness.
• Protect all schedule-related and personal information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Be prepared to work flexible hours, including early starts, late evenings, and occasional weekends.

Company driving duties

• Transport employees, visitors, or company items when not assigned to executive driving.
• Work with the administration team to receive schedules and trip instructions.
• Maintain proper records of journeys and fuel usage.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations and internal vehicle rules at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving history.
• At least 5 years of driving experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years in personal or executive chauffeur roles.
• Prior experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives is strongly preferred.
• Good familiarity with Dubai routes, traffic conditions, and GPS-based navigation is essential.
• Professional appearance and polished conduct are important for this role.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment are necessary.
• Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
• Candidate must be flexible and available according to the Vice Chairman’s schedule.
