Personal Driver and Collection Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Personal Driver who will also support collections and recovery operations when necessary. The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, with responsibilities involving safe travel for office and personal tasks, payment collections, and document deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles for both work and personal travel purposes.
• Conduct visits to clients for payment collection and delivery of important documents.
• Professionally manage follow-ups related to collections and debt recovery.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Travel extensively across Gurugram and Delhi NCR as required by job duties.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and timely reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license.
• Sound knowledge of Gurugram and Delhi NCR routes.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with familiarity in collection or recovery activities preferred.
• Confident communication capabilities.
• Exemplary honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Competent in using smartphones and GPS applications such as Google Maps.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a personal or company driver.
• Background in collections or fieldwork operations.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility according to workload.
• Sunday is a weekly off day.
• Salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, contingent on experience and skills.
