Role overview
This part-time personal assistant role supports a Chairman with a mix of administrative, business, and lifestyle-related duties. It is designed for someone who is dependable, polished, highly organized, and able to work with sensitive information while maintaining complete confidentiality. The position is with a private investment-sector client.
The work is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a flexible schedule of 2.5 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
Strong Mandarin and English communication skills are essential. Applicants who can also submit a Mandarin-language CV will be especially well regarded.
Key responsibilities
- Support private and personal affairs, including logistics, errands, and day-to-day lifestyle coordination.
- Provide adaptable help with personal matters as they come up.
- Oversee emails, calendars, documents, and general correspondence.
- Arrange meetings and appointments and keep schedules coordinated.
- Communicate with outside contacts, vendors, and service providers when needed.
- Respond quickly to urgent or one-off personal and business requests.
- Deliver reliable assistance whenever the Chairman requires support.
Requirements
- Full fluency in Mandarin and English.
- A valid Australia residence permit and unrestricted legal permission to work in Australia.
- A valid driving licence and confidence driving in Sydney, Australia.
- Diploma level qualification or higher.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
- A professional manner and a high level of discretion.
- Readiness to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement.
Preferred profile
- Ability to provide a Mandarin version of the CV.
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or high-net-worth individuals.
