Personal Assistant (Education and Childcare Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and attentive personal assistant with a solid background in education, particularly experience with young children, to provide essential support to a family. This role primarily involves childcare responsibilities, coordinating with educational institutions, managing transportation for school runs, and assisting with light household duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive care and support to young children.
• Serving as a liaison with schools to organize schedules and support children’s academic needs.
• Managing transportation by handling pick-up and drop-off of children.
• Assisting with minor household chores in collaboration with the existing household assistant.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of two years’ work experience in education-related roles.
• A positive, encouraging demeanor with the ability to engage children through constructive reinforcement.
• Capability to operate independently and adapt to children’s varying needs.
• Preferably, experience as an international school teacher.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Holding a Class 3 driving license with a clean record is advantageous.

Working Hours

The position requires working from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Monday to Friday and/or Sunday.
