Job Overview

We are seeking a competent Personal Assistant with proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills to support daily operations and personal management tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Perform fundamental office duties including filing, documentation, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle telephone calls, messages, and emails on behalf of the employer with professionalism.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and a professional demeanor in all assignments undertaken.
  • Assist in organizing travel plans, coordinating events, and managing various personal errands.
  • Serve as a liaison between the employer and both internal teams and external contacts.
  • Carry out any additional administrative or personal support tasks as directed.

Additional Information

This position requires occasional travel outside the station as part of job duties.
