Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key support role in keeping priorities organized, commitments on track, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. The role requires adaptability, discretion, and a steady approach in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the CEO’s professional and personal calendar across multiple time zones, including agendas and any required preparation.
- Plan and oversee travel arrangements, including urgent trips and backup planning when schedules change.
- Monitor email, messages, and other correspondence, triage requests, prepare replies when needed, and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
- Support expense handling, documentation, reminders, and other personal logistics tied to the CEO’s business and everyday needs.
- Work with internal teams, external contacts, and other stakeholders to keep schedules, meetings, and commitments moving without disruption.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks and issues at once.
- Demonstrated professional integrity and strong work standards.
- Good people skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across functions.
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced setting and adapting quickly when needed.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore.
