Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Create high-performance advertisements tailored for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Design and experiment with multiple hook variations within the crucial first 0–3 seconds to maximize engagement and success.
• Produce a variety of creative content including UGC (User Generated Content), motion, and hybrid ads.
• Execute quick, well-structured edits following a clear narrative: Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → Call to Action.
• Utilize kinetic typography, overlays, zoom effects, and pattern interrupts to maintain viewer interest.
• Continuously refine existing ads based on performance analytics to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of creative work with business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance advertising specifically on TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Fluent in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Skilled in quick, dynamic cutting techniques rather than cinematic-style editing.
• Understanding of hooks and retention strategies tailored for video ads.
• Experience implementing subtitles, bold captions, and visual triggers.
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), hook rate, and watch time.
• Ability to produce large volumes of content efficiently.
• Highly self-motivated with structured and independent working habits.
