Role Overview and Responsibilities

This role focuses on performance testing, requiring 3 to 10 years of experience. As a member of the Infosys consulting team, the candidate will engage in various project stages including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution creation, design, and deployment. The role involves researching alternative solutions through literature reviews and vendor evaluations and developing proof-of-concepts. Additionally, the individual will define requirements from business needs, design to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

Responsibilities also include configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues' root causes, clarifying problems, and identifying and proposing alternative solutions. Contributions at both unit and organizational levels aim to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions for clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational qualifications include BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, ME, BSc, MSc, or MS in any specialization. Essential skills comprise performance testing expertise with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.

This position is based in Chandigarh, India, with opportunities across PAN India.
