About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding, venture capital-funded creator economy company as their inaugural People & Talent Lead. This position entails designing and implementing the entire talent acquisition process alongside establishing the core people operations infrastructure from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with the founders to attract outstanding talent, create structured interview workflows, and oversee multinational HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market, engineering, and operational positions to support global growth.
• Establish foundational people operations systems including onboarding procedures, payroll management, compensation schemes, and ensure compliance with international labor laws.
• Foster and nurture company culture and team engagement through defining rituals and practices tailored for a distributed multi-regional workforce.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in building talent acquisition and people management functions from scratch within fast-growing startup environments.
• Strong operational capabilities with experience handling complex international payroll and employment regulations, especially across the US and Europe.
• Excellent judgment in evaluating and securing high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
