Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist serves as the main support contact for store employees. This role focuses on the daily delivery of HR processes so that every store team member has a smooth, well-supported experience from the moment they join. The position is centered on keeping people operations running efficiently, responding to employee needs, maintaining accurate records, and helping teams stay informed and engaged.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the operations team to manage end-to-end people processes for store staff, including hiring support, system and data administration, and employee relations matters.
- Serve as the first contact point for store employees seeking help with people-related questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and reliable store employee data to ensure records are kept up to date and handled correctly.
- Assist the operations team with employee grievance matters and performance management cases.
- Carry out exit interviews for frontline staff to understand reasons for turnover and support a smooth offboarding process.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a service-focused approach.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people across multiple store locations.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
