Role Overview
This position sits within people operations and industrial relations, with responsibility for workforce planning, acquisition support, change execution, and emergency response coordination. The role also involves adapting regional initiatives for local rollout across the sub-region or country.
Key Focus Areas
- Support employee relations and industrial relations activities.
- Contribute to operational workforce planning and hiring activities.
- Help plan and implement organizational change initiatives.
- Serve as part of the local response team for emergency situations.
- Support workforce transition activities when required.
- Act as a sub-regional or country lead for tailoring regional projects and programs for local delivery.
Core Accountabilities
The role requires the ability to operate as a subject-matter resource in complex and specialized areas. It includes assisting leadership with reviewing, interpreting, and applying detailed information to support divisional and corporate objectives, as well as contributing to or leading projects within the area of expertise.
Experience and Education
Candidates should have four years of experience in HR or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in any field is required.
