About the Role

Join Informed Solutions as a People Development & Experience Lead to shape how colleagues learn, grow, and thrive within a fast-growing organisation. You will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to spearhead initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Aligned with the People Services team, your role emphasizes turning strategy into impactful programs that nurture talent and enhance colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous enhancement of colleague development, engagement, and employee experience programs.
Oversee and shape leadership and management development activities alongside the Learning & Development Advisor ensuring smooth execution.
Advance InformedACADEMY© and the broader development framework.
Improve onboarding processes, career growth pathways, and long-term employee progression.
Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps and embed effective learning solutions.
Lead initiatives for employee feedback, recognition, and culture strengthening.
Use data insights to assess and optimize organisational capability and engagement efforts.
Provide expert HR advisory support relating to performance, wellbeing, and employee experience.
Coach managers to build confident, engaged teams and apply people policies consistently.
Incorporate feedback and people analytics to recommend improvements and influence people strategy delivery.
Guide and support the Learning & Development Advisor daily, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities.

Candidate Profile

We seek a professional with background in People Development, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, or HR—preferably within professional services, technology, or knowledge-driven organisations. You will have proven expertise in employee development programs, strong HR advisory capabilities, and be skilled in coaching managers and building relationships to foster organisational growth.

Qualifications

A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable; however, support will be provided to the right candidate for achieving this credential.
