Position Overview

In collaboration with the General Manager and Operations Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for attracting top talent and ensuring the team is well-supported. You will maintain close communication with employees, ensuring timely salary payments and fostering a workplace where everyone feels comfortable and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of personnel support for all colleagues, including leading projects to improve HR strategies and action plans.
• Participate in the hotel's budgeting processes and assist department heads in team composition.
• Manage all personnel documentation and collaborate with the external payroll service provider.
• Serve as a visible leader and host for employees, personally training new team members.
• Identify talent and nurture growth opportunities alongside the General Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in HR management within the hotel or gastronomy sector.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong assertiveness, consistency, and team spirit to support effective employee leadership.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and guide their development.
• A proactive mindset with honesty about mistakes.
• Bringing both skills and character to the role.
