Job description
Role Overview
This position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The brand is part of a global luxury hospitality group inspired by Thai heritage and known for delivering warm, sincere service in distinctive destinations around the world. The resort offers an overwater luxury experience within a protected natural setting, surrounded by beaches, desert landscapes, and mountain adventures.
In this role, you will help run the hotel’s People & Culture function and support the team across a wide range of HR activities. The job involves assisting with recruitment, performance management, rewards and benefits, staff development, internal communication, employee engagement events, CSR initiatives, reporting, and other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery of People & Culture services for hotel team members.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring-related activities.
- Help coordinate performance management processes.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits administration.
- Support learning, development, and team member growth initiatives.
- Assist with employee communication and monthly engagement activities, including celebrations.
- Take part in CSR-related activities and related coordination.
- Prepare reports and handle additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. You should have 2–3 years of experience in human resources, and familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are important, along with good English language skills, computer proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset. Experience in people management and development is also valued.
