Role overview
Tullamore Court Hotel, part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, is hiring a People & Culture Executive to support its people-first approach. This position is based in Tullamore and focuses on helping create a workplace where colleagues can build skills, progress in their careers, and reach their potential.
Core responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to hotel leadership in delivering the people strategy while following Irish employment law and sound HR practices.
- Assist with training and development planning and the rollout of learning initiatives that strengthen the team’s capabilities.
- Support hiring and recruitment activity across the hotel to attract and secure strong hospitality talent aligned with the iNUA culture.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts, helping maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
Candidate profile
The hotel is looking for someone who wants to build a career in People & Culture or HR and is comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.
- Around 1 to 2 years of experience in People & Culture, HR, or hotel/hospitality operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a similar field, or currently working toward one.
- Strong organisation skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in people and hospitality.
- Willingness to build practical knowledge of Irish employment law, employee relations, and HR systems.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships in a fast-moving hotel setting.
