People & Culture Coordinator (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Join BeWunder's international People & Culture team to develop scalable employee-centric processes across Europe and the Middle East. This role emphasizes enhancing people operations, refining processes, optimizing systems, implementing automation, and managing cross-regional projects that elevate employee experience and support the company's expansion. Recruitment forms a minor part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture operations throughout the employee lifecycle across European and Middle Eastern regions.
• Handle employment documentation, visa applications, official correspondence, and administrative tasks.
• Continuously refine and improve People Operations processes covering the entire employee journey.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and standardized procedures.
• Engage in initiatives that improve employee experience and reinforce BeWunder's organizational culture.
• Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects across multiple geographies in Europe and the Middle East.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of administrative and operational workflows.
• Evaluate and introduce digital tools, automation technologies, and AI applications within the People & Culture function.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and fostering a positive candidate experience, when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Some prior experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting, Business Operations, or related areas.
• Familiarity with People Business Partner responsibilities, including organizational change management, employee lifecycle, leadership support, and related cultural initiatives.
• Experience working in startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced companies.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for process improvement, digital tools, automation, and AI technologies.
• Experience using Personio or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to ownership and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating within a dynamic international environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including trips to the Dubai office for onboarding, collaboration, and People & Culture events.
