- Coach managers on feedback, accountability, communication, performance management, and employee development.
- Support performance management cycles, including goals, calibration discussions, promotions, and career progression frameworks.
- Spot and resolve team effectiveness issues such as collaboration breakdowns, unclear responsibilities, and misaligned expectations.
- Support reorganizations and other structural change efforts by helping teams maintain clarity and stability.
- Analyze people data and organizational signals to identify trends in engagement, retention, and performance, then recommend improvements.
- Manage employee relations cases with discretion, fairness, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to improve onboarding, lifecycle programs, and manager development initiatives.
- Raise risks and opportunities proactively and help build scalable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in a similar role within a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
- Proven experience supporting leaders and managers in distributed, high-change environments.
- Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavior change.
- Hands-on experience with organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Solid understanding of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, calibrations, and promotions.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and good judgment.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to connect people strategy with organizational outcomes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable practices in evolving settings.
- Excellent communication skills across remote, cross-functional, and time-zone distributed teams.
- Self-directed working style with strong ownership and the ability to move initiatives forward independently.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive compensation with potential equity participation.
- Fully remote role within the United States.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Flexible time off and policies that support work-life balance.
- Opportunity to contribute in a high-growth, mission-driven company.
- Direct access to senior leadership and strategic people work.
- Significant autonomy with meaningful organizational impact.
- A collaborative, values-led culture centered on trust, excellence, and continuous improvement.
