Role Overview

AM Global is seeking a Pension Administrator based in Redcar, England, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on the accurate handling of pension plan administration, client support, and regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer a range of pension schemes while ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Keep pension records up to date, including contributions, benefits, and changes to plan details.
  • Act as a contact point for clients, offering clear support and information on pension-related matters.
  • Review retirement applications and make sure all supporting documents are complete and correct.
  • Prepare and send required reports to clients, advisers, and regulatory authorities.

Experience and Qualifications

The role calls for prior pension administration experience, ideally between 2 and 4 years. Strong familiarity with pension arrangements, rules, and compliance requirements is important, along with accuracy in data handling and calculations.

Day-to-Day Work

  • Respond to customer questions by email, phone, or letter.

  • Calculate pension amounts payable to members.
  • Process contributions made into pension accounts.

  • Arrange pension payments.
