• Comfort with online manuscript submission and peer-review platforms is expected.

Key Duties

• Review manuscripts for originality and judge whether they contribute meaningful new insight to the field.
• Examine the study design and research methods to confirm they are suitable, complete, and described well enough for replication.
• Check that the literature review reflects relevant and current research.
• Assess whether the results are presented appropriately and whether the conclusions are supported by the evidence and relevant to the discipline.
• Offer practical, constructive recommendations and identify weaknesses, missing details, or ethical issues.
• Provide your overall recommendation, after which the editor will determine whether the paper is accepted, revised, or declined.
