Role Responsibilities
- Assess feedback from trial lessons and score it based on pedagogical relevance to influence the learner's next steps.
- Review grammar exercises to ensure content quality and alignment with pedagogical standards.
- Relate lesson insights to fundamental grammar principles to ensure logical progression in learning materials.
- Leverage learner data for continuous enhancement of English language content.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in education, TESOL/TEFL, applied linguistics, or a comparable field.
- Strong foundation in pedagogy and language teaching methods, with preferred experience in curriculum or lesson design.
- Background in evaluating, annotating, or quality-reviewing educational content; experience in EdTech or AI-assisted learning is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level (CEFR C1 or above).
Engagement Details
- Contract type position.
- Time commitment of 10 to 20 hours weekly.
- Initial project duration of 4 weeks, with possibility for extension.
