Role Responsibilities

• Analyze trial lesson feedback for pedagogical pertinence to influence subsequent learner experiences
• Assess grammar exercises to ensure both content quality and alignment with pedagogical standards
• Associate lesson feedback with fundamental grammar principles to ensure consistent content progression
• Leverage learner performance data to enhance English learning materials continually

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in education, TESOL/TEFL, applied linguistics, or a closely related discipline
• Have thorough knowledge of pedagogy and language instruction methodologies, preferably with experience in curriculum or lesson planning
• Demonstrated background in evaluating, annotating, or maintaining quality of educational content, with preference for EdTech or AI-supported learning expertise
• Exhibit advanced English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or above

Engagement Details

• Position type: contract basis
• Weekly hours commitment: between 10 and 20 hours
• Initial project length: 4 weeks with possibility of extension
