Job description
Company Overview
شركة مجموعة عبدالمحسن الرصيص وأبنائه is a major real estate business headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a strong track record dating back to 1960. The organization works across residential and commercial property segments and also maintains offices and branches in Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Bahrain. It is known for offering dependable real estate services to a wide range of clients and for providing a stable workplace within a growing regional group.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist position in Riyadh. The selected professional will be responsible for running the payroll cycle from start to finish, making sure salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits are calculated correctly and processed on time in line with company procedures and local requirements.
Key Duties
The role involves keeping employee payroll information up to date, including changes linked to new hires, exits, promotions, and leave records. You will work closely with HR and Finance to match payroll data, oversee tax and statutory payments such as social insurance, and manage garnishments along with other legally required deductions. The position also includes answering employee questions about payroll, preparing reports for leadership, supporting audit activities, and suggesting improvements that make payroll operations more accurate and efficient.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should bring strong payroll administration capabilities and be able to handle complete payroll processing with precision and timeliness. A good understanding of payroll taxation, mandatory contributions, and statutory compliance is important, along with practical experience using HRIS or ERP systems for entry, reconciliation, and reporting. The role also calls for knowledge of deductions and garnishments, familiarity with basic accounting and payroll-related ledger entries, strong confidentiality, and keen attention to detail. English communication skills are required, while Arabic is considered a strong advantage when dealing with local stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and other office tools is also expected. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Prior experience in a similar payroll role, ideally in real estate, construction, or a large corporate environment, is desirable.
