We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join an established company located in Dortmund. Key Responsibilities
- Executing monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Maintaining master and payroll data to ensure correctness.
- Handling reporting and certification-related tasks.
- Managing garnishments and other special payroll topics.
- Reconciling accounts and supporting audits.
- Overseeing company pension schemes.
- Driving payroll process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship completed, preferably with additional qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Methodical, thorough approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and strong affinity for numbers.
