Key Responsibilities

• Independently managing the monthly payroll processing.
• Serving as the contact point for employees, social insurance agencies, and authorities.
• Implementing and verifying compliance with payroll tax and social security regulations.
• Maintaining and managing personnel and payroll data.
• Preparing and supporting company and social security audits.

Required Profile

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll or compensation accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of income tax, social insurance, and labor laws.
• Proficient with MS Office and experienced in common payroll systems such as DATEV and SAP HCM.
• Excellent verbal and written German language skills.
