Role Overview
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly payroll processing inclusive of overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments.
- Submit claims related to NS make-up pay, maternity leave, and childcare leave.
- Draft overpayment recovery letters for resigned employees to reclaim any excess payments.
- Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals, and cost allocations for the Finance department.
- Distribute electronic payslips to employees promptly.
- Handle tax clearance submissions, monthly CPF contributions, and annual income tax submissions.
- Collaborate in HR and payroll-related projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries concerning payroll matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will have an advantage.
- Experience with the Frontier e-HR System is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work well within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
