About the Company

Role Overview
This position is for a precise and experienced Payroll and Compensation Specialist who will join the Human Resources team and take ownership of monthly payroll processing, compensation accuracy, and effective use of the Odoo ERP system. The role supports compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee, salary, allowance, and deduction records in Odoo with regular updates and accurate data entry.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll on schedule while ensuring the payroll runs are free from errors.
- Review attendance, absences, lateness, and leave records, and connect them to payroll calculations for deductions and overtime through Odoo.
- Oversee employee benefits such as medical insurance, airfare tickets, and performance bonuses, and ensure they are applied correctly.
- Calculate and settle end-of-service dues for employees upon resignation or termination in line with Saudi labor law.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with GOSI, WPS, and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Generate payroll reports and workforce cost analysis from Odoo for Finance and HR leadership.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience in payroll and compensation within Saudi Arabia is necessary.
- Hands-on, proven experience with Odoo ERP is essential, especially the Payroll, HR, Time Off, and Attendance modules.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, its executive regulations, and social insurance rules is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, are needed.
- Very strong accuracy and attention to detail are important, as payroll errors are not acceptable.
- Excellent organization and time management skills are needed to meet strict deadlines.
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential employee and company data are essential.
- Strong communication skills are required to address payroll-related questions and issues smoothly.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is open to Saudi nationals only.
