Job description
Overview
MUC اتحاد ميار is looking to bring a capable payroll professional into its head office HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the role of Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll runs and employee dues accurately and within the required deadlines.
- Calculate overtime, deductions, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits in line with Saudi labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and financial information within the HR ERP system.
- Handle Wage Protection System (WPS) files and submit them through the approved platforms, including Qiwa and the bank.
- Work closely with the finance department to reconcile accounts and resolve any differences.
- Respond efficiently to employee questions related to salary payments and entitlements.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration.
- Strong command of Saudi labor law and social insurance rules.
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with numerical data.
- Ability to protect confidential information and maintain a high level of professional integrity.
