Job description

Role Overview

Join Zellis as a Payroll Administrator, delivering exceptional payroll services with precision to our valued customers. You'll act as the central expert in payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while fostering strong client relationships. This hybrid role requires two days onsite in Dublin and remote work for the remainder.

Key Duties

  • Managing and completing the entire payroll processing cycle for allocated clients.
  • Maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on payroll processes and procedures.
  • Keeping informed of legislative and statutory compliance changes through continual research and learning.
  • Handling customer enquiries promptly, providing detailed and clear payroll information.
  • Resolving complex payroll issues escalated by clients efficiently.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in managing full payroll cycles.
  • Extensive experience in resolving payroll queries effectively.
  • Strong background in delivering superior customer service.
  • IPASS qualification obtained or in progress.
