Our platform facilitates rapid, traceable movements of funds across borders without the need for pre-funding, leveraging regulated fiat and stablecoin payment rails for institutional clients.

Role Overview

As a key member of the early operations team, you will own the operational flow of our payment platform, ensuring accurate client onboarding, smooth payment processing, and swift resolution of issues. This role involves building foundational processes, playbooks, and tools to support scalable operations within a dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for clients, including wallet setup, IP whitelisting, and bank account integrations within our payment provider network.
• Continuously monitor payment activities across fiat and stablecoin channels to guarantee prompt and successful transactions.
• Investigate payment-related issues, collaborating closely with internal engineers and external payment partners to resolve incidents effectively.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational support, engaging clients through platforms such as Slack and WhatsApp.
• Develop and document operational workflows, SOPs, and runbooks to formalize processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Identify and alleviate operational challenges by partnering with product and engineering teams to optimize tools and introduce automation.
• Create incident response strategies, escalation protocols, and communication guidelines to bolster operational stability.
• Deliver clear and timely communication to clients during incidents, fostering trust and maintaining high-quality support standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations during all operational duties.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in payment operations within fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, or related financial services sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of payment ecosystems and banking networks in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
• Practical exposure to stablecoin transactions, crypto wallet and address management, address whitelisting, and compliant Know Your Transaction (KYT) processes.
• Strong written communication abilities, particularly in managing professional client interactions asynchronously.
• Demonstrated capacity to design and refine operational processes rather than merely adhering to predefined routines.
• Excellent problem-solving talents, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple priorities calmly under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with regional payment service providers, crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, or stablecoin infrastructure providers.
• Experience in treasury, finance operations, or over-the-counter trading workflows.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration technologies, reconciliation methods, or automated operational tooling.
