Role Summary
The Patient Success Specialist supports patients throughout their care journey by delivering dependable guidance and creating a smooth, positive experience. This role is the primary point of contact for non-billing patient questions, and it partners closely with internal teams to strengthen service quality, improve patient satisfaction, and support efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle patient-facing support, coordinate follow-ups, and keep communication moving across teams so patient issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
- Act as the main contact for patient questions that are not related to billing.
- Share updates on test progress and help patients access their portal.
- Arrange redraws for blood samples when required.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat messages in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve patient concerns.
- Record all patient interactions carefully in Salesforce CRM.
- Spot problems early and escalate them when needed for faster resolution.
- Contribute ideas and actions that improve the overall patient experience.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized while handling multiple tasks, and brings a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and general office tools is important. Backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, or similar environments are helpful, and Spanish language ability is considered an advantage.
Compensation
This remote U.S. position pays between $24.46 and $30.58 per hour. Final pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location.
