Role Overview
Mevo Health is hiring a Patient Success Manager to manage the complete patient journey. This role goes beyond standard support: you will be responsible for building patient trust from the initial call, guiding enrollment, supporting treatment adherence, and helping drive long-term retention.
You’ll be the primary contact for patient questions, the person who reconnects with patients who become unresponsive, and the encouraging voice that helps them stay engaged throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries, with a strong focus on fast contact times.
- Reconnect with prospective patients who have not finished enrollment.
- Lead patients through intake and onboarding in a reassuring, confident manner.
- Address concerns related to pricing, medication, and the overall process.
- Turn qualified leads into active patients.
- Manage each patient relationship through the first treatment cycle and beyond.
- Perform proactive check-ins at important moments such as week 1, refill points, and plateau stages.
- Spot patients who may be disengaging and re-activate them before they drop off.
- Gather feedback and patient success stories for internal sharing.
- Work with the Care Coordinator on clinical questions raised by patients.
- Escalate issues appropriately and keep patients updated throughout the process.
- Make sure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, patient coordination, healthcare, or a sales role built around relationships.
- A warm and empathetic phone presence, with the ability to establish trust very quickly.
- Strong written communication skills for text messages and follow-up emails.
- Well organized, self-managed, and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Awareness of HIPAA expectations and careful handling of sensitive health information.
- Preferred experience in telehealth, weight-loss, wellness, or GLP-1-related programs.
Performance Metrics
Success in this position will be measured by lead-to-patient conversion, patient retention, patient satisfaction, response speed, and the generation of patient reviews.
Compensation and Work Setup
The annual base salary for this role is $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. The position is fully remote and offers a clear opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
