About Pharmacierge and Role Overview

As an integral part of our Patient Liaison Team, you will serve as the initial contact for patients, assisting them through telephone and email support. Your primary mission is to guide each patient smoothly through their prescription process, providing reassurance, clarity, and compassionate service at every interaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Address patient inquiries and resolve their concerns effectively.
- Keep patients updated about prescription progress, delivery schedules, and any modifications.
- Collect and communicate patient feedback to contribute towards service enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with the pharmacy team to solve patient issues and improve overall experience.
- Document all patient interactions accurately to maintain consistent, high standards of care.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Empathetic, patient-centric mindset aimed at delivering exceptional care.

Terms and Conditions / Additional Details
- This is a full-time position based in London with in-person attendance required; remote work is not available.
- Working hours are 40 hours per week, including rotating weekend shifts.

Recruitment Process
