Patient Care Coordinator (Tele Caller)

Niraamay Wellness Center is hiring compassionate and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinators (Tele Callers) to support patient communication and help create a reassuring care experience. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, guiding them through treatment-related steps, and maintaining a calm, helpful approach at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and place outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Support patients through each stage of their treatment journey.
• Keep patient records and follow-up information accurate and up to date.
• Work with different teams to ensure patients receive timely assistance.
• Listen carefully to patient concerns and respond with empathy.
• Share information related to appointments, treatments, and process details.
• Maintain respectful, positive communication in every interaction.
• Share urgent or serious patient issues with management when needed.

Required skills

The ideal candidate should communicate clearly in Marathi and Hindi, with basic English knowledge. A patient, empathetic approach, active listening, basic computer familiarity, and strong coordination and organization skills are important for success in this role.
