Patient Booking Specialist - Remote - Medical Aesthetics

About the Role and Company

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions, a rapidly expanding franchise network specializing in anti-aging and aesthetic wellness services across the United States. The role is part of a newly established centralized booking team supporting locations nationwide, focusing on creating and refining booking operations and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and CRM follow-ups using Go High Level, RingCentral, and Zenoti platforms to provide an outstanding patient experience.
• Schedule appointments promptly, aiming to book the earliest available slots, ideally within three days, while maintaining precise documentation of leads in real-time.
• Engage patients by building rapport, educating them on services, managing objections with approved scripts, and converting inquiries to confirmed bookings.
• Proactively re-engage unconverted leads, no-shows, and inactive prospects through targeted outbound outreach.
• Consistently meet or surpass key performance metrics such as appointment volumes, conversion rates, call quality, and data accuracy.
• Contribute insights and feedback towards developing operational procedures and team culture as part of this foundational group.

Requirements

• Availability to work rotating Saturdays from day one without exceptions.
• At least one year of experience in call center, patient scheduling, or high-volume customer contact roles prioritizing phone communication.
• Proven ability to handle 80+ calls per shift in previous roles, emphasizing a high-volume communication environment to distinguish from front desk or receptionist positions.
• Experience working toward booking, scheduling, or conversion performance goals.
• Strong multitasking skills managing simultaneous communication channels, CRM data entry, and appointment scheduling independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools such as Go High Level, Zenoti, RingCentral, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• A dedicated and private home workspace equipped with a minimum 100 Mbps internet connection to support VoIP, verified pre-employment.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, dental, chiropractic, aesthetics, or wellness scheduling environments; previous use of Go High Level, Zenoti, or RingCentral; familiarity with show rate management; personal experience with aesthetic or wellness services or patient education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
• Additional incentive of $3.00 per appointment booked, paid each shift.
• Effective hourly earnings estimated at approximately $27 per hour with 15 bookings daily, and near $29.50 per hour with 20 bookings daily.
• Overtime opportunities available, particularly on weekends.
