Role overview
AstraZeneca is looking for a Patient Access Executive in Singapore to help bring important treatments to patients by supporting programs that improve affordability and access. The role sits at the intersection of internal teams, external partners, and compliance requirements, and plays a key part in delivering patient-focused initiatives aligned with brand and company strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and run patient affordability and access initiatives while staying within local legal, regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines.
- Create and refine models that encourage patient adherence and support compliance with treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all affordability and access-related programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a background in life sciences is preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in access, sales, marketing, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong people skills, analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and solid computer literacy, with particular strength in Excel.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of the commercial drivers and market principles that shape the pharmaceutical sector.
