This role is integral to delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a dynamic and empowered environment. You will represent our brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring a flawless dining experience. Your goal is to make every guest a devoted fan of our establishments by consistently providing high-quality food.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • A genuine service-oriented personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • A minimum of a high school diploma in Catering, or a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role within a 5-star hospitality setting.
  • A solid understanding of local food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines.

Your performance will be evaluated based on the following:

  • Execution of all operational tasks in Food & Beverage Production, adhering strictly to required service standards and procedures.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
  • Proactively preventing customer complaints and effectively managing service recovery when necessary.

Additional Information
