About the Company

Loop is a subscription management platform designed for Shopify-based e-commerce businesses. The company primarily serves the US market and is also expanding across Europe and ANZ. Loop is growing quickly, with around 3x growth in 2024 and nearly another 3x in 2025. The team is now being expanded to support the next stage of growth in 2026 on the path toward a $50M target.

Work Location

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is fully remote. It supports the European market, so the schedule needs to overlap with EMEA business hours. The position also includes occasional travel to Europe for events.

Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will develop and strengthen strategic relationships across high-growth ecosystems in the US and Europe. Working in a small and fast-moving team, this person will collaborate closely with the founders, sales, marketing, and product teams to increase reach through joint programs, co-marketing, and ecosystem-led collaborations. The role will have a direct impact on market visibility, lead generation, and long-term partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, assess, and bring on board partners that fit Loop’s business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with executives, influencers, and other important stakeholders.
  • Design, run, and improve shared marketing efforts such as co-marketing campaigns, events, content projects, and community activities.
  • Work with partners to align on common performance goals tied to leads, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
  • Support partner success through onboarding, training, guidance, and consistent communication.
  • Organize and lead webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and online events with partners.
  • Monitor partner results, communicate findings, and use insights to improve outcomes.
  • Represent Loop at both virtual and in-person events while staying current on ecosystem and market developments.

Ideal Background

The preferred candidate has experience in partnerships, SaaS sales, account management, or ecosystem-building roles. Experience working with outside stakeholders, agencies, or clients in a relationship-focused environment is important. The role suits someone who is proactive, accountable, and confident at solving problems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed, along with comfort on video calls and in email outreach. Familiarity with LinkedIn and X/Twitter, plus awareness of cultural differences across regions, will be useful. The person should also be comfortable working alongside EMEA business hours.

Additional Information

Periodic travel to Europe is part of the role for events and partner activities.
