About the Role
Join Google's Global Brand Marketing team focused on Consumer Apps such as Search and Gemini. As a Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Partnerships Lead to identify, assess, and oversee brand, entertainment, and co-marketing collaborations. Serving as the liaison for external partners like entertainment studios and consumer brands, you will integrate campaigns that amplify product presence culturally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partnerships across Consumer Apps Marketing representing various Google product areas externally.
- Create strategic briefs with product marketing and brand teams to ensure campaign goals align with cultural moments.
- Review, structure, and negotiate co-marketing and sponsorship agreements with Business Affairs and Legal.
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute partnership initiatives tied to important cultural events.
- Develop and pitch innovative, culture-driven ideas, facilitating strategic alignment across teams.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum six years of experience in brand partnerships, including designing co-marketing programs with entertainment studios and brands.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams across product, legal, marketing, and external collaborators.
- Experience in defining and negotiating partnership and co-marketing contract structures.
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in measuring campaign impact through brand health metrics, sentiment insights, or earned media valuation.
- Background working with consumer technology and AI-related offerings.
- Experience partnering with talent, creators, and influencers to enhance brand engagement.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Well-established relationships within consumer brands, gaming, entertainment, or music sectors.

Compensation
Salary range: $141,000 to $206,000 USD annually, plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
