Job description
Role overview
Noon is expanding a digital ecosystem that supports everyday life across the Middle East with fast, scalable, and customer-first products. Its mission is to deliver to every door, every day. Within this environment, noon OUT is growing the partnership function that supports and accelerates the going-out experience in the UAE across dining, entertainment, activities, and related categories.
This position is responsible for leading bank and non-bank partnerships from end to end, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, launch, and performance management. The goal is to turn co-funded offers into a long-term acquisition and retention channel that improves margins while driving growth. The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, fintech, and consumer growth, and works in a fast-paced, data-led setting with a large, high-spending audience.
Partnership development
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with banks, fintech companies, wallets, telecom providers, loyalty programs, and other non-bank partners across the UAE.
- Design co-funded promotions such as cashback, instant discounts, installment-based offers, and points redemption structures in a way that supports unit economics.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements, marketing support, and exclusivity terms where they create a competitive edge.
Commercial ownership
- Take ownership of a partner-funded budget target and manage partner marketing spend as a P&L responsibility.
- Build clear business cases for each partnership using CPO, incrementality, and ROI analysis.
- Discontinue or renegotiate partnerships that are not delivering the required performance.
- Work closely with Growth, DM, and Finance teams to measure incremental impact on orders, GMV, and retention.
Activation and partner management
- Coordinate offer setup, campaign calendars, and in-app placements together with product and marketing teams.
- Manage the partner relationship after signing, including quarterly business reviews, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a strong and forward-looking pipeline of partnership opportunities across the going-out ecosystem.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, proven relationship-building ability, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, structured decision-making, and the ability to support or challenge deals with numbers rather than relying only on relationships. The company values high standards, resourcefulness, speed of execution, and adaptability.
Additional expectations
Noon is seeking people who are willing to move quickly, adapt when priorities change, learn continuously, and bring original thinking to the team. The environment is demanding, and a strong bias toward action is essential.
