About the Role

Insait develops AI-driven conversational assistants for financial institutions, enabling banks and fintech companies to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale, increase revenue from their existing client base, and update legacy service workflows.

The business is at Series A stage, serves more than 30 enterprise customers across North America and EMEA, and already has a product working in live production environments.

We are looking for a hands-on builder who can transform an early, founder-driven partnerships motion into a repeatable growth engine while preserving the speed and judgment that helped create the current momentum. The right person will be commercially strong, independent in execution, and comfortable operating in highly regulated enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the US partnerships approach and take ownership of relationships across system integrators, banking platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners.
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, including outreach, deal design, contract closing, activation, and joint selling.
  • Design the partnership framework, including ideal partner profile, positioning, commercial structures, and supporting enablement content.
  • Convert partnerships into trackable pipeline and direct revenue impact.
  • Work closely with the Product team on integrations, APIs, and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Demonstrated success in closing and expanding enterprise partnerships.
  • Background working with SIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Capgemini, and/or with banking platform ecosystems.
  • Good understanding of financial services and regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience setting up a partnerships function from the ground up in an early-stage or scaling company.
  • Strong commercial judgment with an outcome-focused mindset rather than a logo-focused one.
