Job description

Role overview

ManpowerGroup Ireland is hiring for an exciting Partner Support Specialist opportunity with SAP. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension through ManpowerGroup Ireland. The position is based in Galway as a hybrid role.

The role is centered on supporting complex partner situations that require coordination across several internal teams. These matters can affect business continuity for partners and internal stakeholders, so the position acts as a key coordination point to keep communication clear and resolution on track.

What you will do

  • Support the Partner Orchestration Services function by handling complex, cross-functional work involving partner blocking issues and payment-related cases.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal teams to keep actions aligned, responsibilities clear, and progress moving toward resolution.
  • Manage urgent, business-critical cases with a strong focus on reducing disruption and maintaining continuity for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Spot risks, dependencies, and possible escalation points early, then drive the follow-up actions needed to address them.
  • Own stakeholder communication by setting expectations and providing clear, consistent, high-quality updates.
  • Ensure all written and verbal communication is accurate, professional, and to a strong quality standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partner Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to support effective collaboration.
  • Keep internal partner records accurate and up to date so information remains visible and reliable across teams.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and strengthen the overall partner experience, especially in complex orchestration scenarios.
  • Help evolve the Partner Support portfolio in line with PES priorities.

Skills, experience, and working style

The role may require flexibility around working hours.

Preferred background includes a university degree, or being a student in Business or IT. The ideal candidate should bring strong problem-solving and analytical ability, plus experience managing a high volume of tasks within short timelines. You should be comfortable learning new concepts and technologies quickly, and bring a proactive, results-driven, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

This position suits someone who can work well in a multicultural and multinational environment, take ownership of assigned tasks, and work independently when needed. Strong IT user skills are expected, especially with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Direct customer-handling experience is valued, along with a proven ability to improve process efficiency and communicate positively with project stakeholders.

Benefits and support

Employees are offered a range of benefits, online training courses, and professional advice and support to help them settle into the role at SAP, with continued support throughout the assignment.
