Role Overview

The company seeks a Partner Success Manager to support the management of their premier Autopilot Partners. Working collaboratively with the Director of Development, this role involves administrative backend support and strategic enhancement of the team's new crucial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, nurture, and grow relationships with Autopilot Partners
• Respond promptly and effectively to partner inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with AP Operations and Field Operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and launches
• Conduct kickoff calls for new property partnerships
• Organize and manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners
• Work closely with operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Support the Vice President with special projects aimed at improving business processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be based in Birmingham, AL
• Minimum of three years' relevant professional experience
• Background in customer service or partner relationship roles
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously and multitask effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient worker
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and able to operate with urgency
• Comfortable using technology platforms such as Slack
