Overview
AXA Partners invites applications for a Partner Services Premium Associate to join their Operations team in Shannon on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international environment by managing and analyzing partner data with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of partner data processing, including file preparation, manipulation, and reconciliation, ensuring any inconsistencies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Coordinate monthly workflows and prioritize tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working closely with local teams to secure timely client data and highlight exceptions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels.
- Resolve operational issues by developing and implementing solutions, including handling underwriting referrals, reviewing rejected data, and offering feedback to clients and IT teams to promote best practices.
- Perform routine team quality controls and act quickly on feedback to minimize negative impacts on customers.
- Create and update process documentation aligned with industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects alongside the wider Operations team to enhance processes.
- Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) assistance during the onboarding and implementation of new agreements.
- Collaborate with IT process owners to support new developments and production support tasks, conduct testing, and contribute constructive feedback on solution design.
- Provide additional operational support as needed to support overall team objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex data issues with logical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and balance multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Highly motivated, able to perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy across all responsibilities.
- Familiarity with life and non-life insurance products, especially Credit & Lifestyle protection, is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
