Role Overview
The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing dealer training, certification processes, and the development of instructional content to ensure that all new dealers are fully prepared and qualified to sell effectively.
Primary Duties
- Administer the Dealer Certification Program, aiming for complete certification of all active dealers and monitoring the average time taken for certification completion.
- Develop and maintain an evolving Dealer Playbook, ensuring version 3 or later is live and consistently updated.
- Provide monthly competitive intelligence updates to all dealer partners to keep them informed and competitive.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing virtual B2B partner training programs using Learning Management Systems from the ground up, with a portfolio showcasing personal contributions including playbooks and certification initiatives.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in partner enablement within B2B technology companies featuring dealer networks, such as those similar to Cisco, HP, Schneider, or ABB, with strong capabilities in virtual training and technical understanding of robotic products.
- Ability to deliver initial versions of the playbook rapidly (within four weeks) and iterate promptly rather than prolonged development.
- Strong dealer empathy and understanding of regional market differences, appreciating variations between dealers in diverse locations such as rural Germany and central London.
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
Work Location
The role is currently based in Changi, with a planned relocation to Punggol scheduled for early May 2026.
