Position Overview

The Partner Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the Partner Team, ensuring smooth communication and operations across partners and internal departments. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model from the Munich/Planegg headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product lifecycle administration, including handling HLAs, promotional calendars, and updates from sales companies.
  • Coordinate data management with the Austrian office, covering product setup, SRP, and sales flag maintenance.
  • Conduct cost analysis for promotions and projects and prepare decision-making documents.
  • Track and report the implementation of promotional activities.
  • Support management of distribution provisions and collaborate with finance on future credit controls to monitor provisions accurately.
  • Generate reports, conduct analysis, and forecast for new releases and core catalogues.
  • Serve as liaison for purchase ordering processes.
  • Maintain the contract database, keeping account directors and partner managers informed on contract terminations and notice periods.
  • Assist in preparing commercial reports such as pre-orders, stock and sales data, monthly AOP updates, and stock targets.
  • Oversee release schedules to maintain current internal and external timelines.
  • Provide support and advice to the commercial team as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and handle ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in the entertainment industry.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in computer use with experience handling database management.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, professional team player.
  • Fluent in English.
