Role overview

Curam Care Home Navan Road in Dublin is looking for a part-time receptionist to support the front desk on weekends. The position is mainly for weekend shifts, with coverage needed for at least 2 weekends each month, plus additional support when planned annual leave needs to be covered.

This is a busy front-of-house position suited to someone who stays organised, handles multiple tasks well, and enjoys working in a varied administrative role. Core duties include answering calls, managing entry to the home, and taking care of day-to-day admin tasks as required.

Working pattern

The role is based in Navan Road, Dublin and is on-site. Working hours are daytime shifts from 11:00am to 4:00pm. The schedule is part-time and shared across a team to ensure reception cover throughout the week.

Role details

You will work closely with different departments such as nursing, HR, accounts, and management to help keep the home running smoothly. The role requires a calm, professional approach and the ability to switch between tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative work

  • Experience in a residential care home would be an advantage
