About the Role
Mark Hoogs Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative to support its agency operations in Moraga, CA. This is an in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional support to current and potential customers through phone, email, text, and face-to-face interactions.
- Help prepare for meetings, explain policy information, answer questions about policies and payments, and educate customers on policy features and benefits.
- Handle policy updates and other service requests while collecting information from prospective customers and building strong relationships.
- Work with underwriters, the service team, and claims staff to clarify questions, resolve policy or claim concerns, and advocate for customers.
- Assist with additional agency tasks as needed.
- There is room to take on broader responsibilities and potentially move into sales or account management if that fits your goals, with the possibility of a full-time path.

- Insurance knowledge or licensing is not required, though it would be an advantage; support will be provided to help obtain a license.
- Applicants should live within a reasonable commute of the Moraga office, since this role requires on-site attendance and reliability.
